A specialized Global Oil & Gas downhole Service Company seeks to hire Country Operations Managers for Indonesia.
The Country Operation Managers will be in charge of the organization and coordination of products and services, financial and personnel management in the country. Responsibilities include financial control and planning for the operation, ensuring delivery of superior service quality and client satisfaction, training and development of staff and recruitment as required and to ensure operations are carried out to comply with all Quality and HSE policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
BSc. Degree in EngineeringMinimum 4 years’ experience in management in the Oil and Gas IndustryExperience in the delivery of safe, effective and efficient operations.Demonstrate strong knowledge and adherence to QHSE policies and proceduresDemonstrate the ability to manage and lead effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishDemonstrated ability to meet revenue and profit targets in a similar operationTechnical expertise in MWD, Wireline or Gyro operations is essesntial.How to Apply:
